The other day I stopped in to our Botanical gardens to take a look around. The boys had fun exploring and I took in the greenery, flowers, warm temps and wonderful smells. Here are a few pics I took while I was there. These are all SOOC (straight out of camera). Things are busy so no time to edit, as my son learned in Kindergarten: "You get what you get and you don't throw a fit". I hope you enjoy a little peek into spring.

With 2-1/2 months until the first day of Spring, I'll bet you have some cold ones ahead before the warmth is there to stay...

HA! The first day of spring is over rated! It was snowing for several months before the first day of winter =) Spring is here when all the snow has melted, the mud has dried up.... and it's passed July 4th =)
Aman to that one carin----probably snow on the 4th!!
Nice pics,

Loved the "you get what you get' wisdom from a kindergartener now if some of the rest of us could get that smart! [by the way carin, we were wondering if Bridge still lived there hadn`t heard anything about him for so long. What is it about the oldest that they do seem to get lost in the woodword when things get busy I remember......cbinu
I agree with CBINU what about Bridger????
is he still kicking around there somewhere's??

I think your SOOC shots are great. You can pack up the boys and come "play in the South" any time you need a break. ;) I can't even begin to imagine cold/snow so late in the year!!
Carin, these shots are wonderful.
I do most of my shots as you say- SOOC. Mainly because I don't have any editing programs. But don't get me wrong, I would love to try one if I could afford on, believe me but your photos here are delightful and to see the them framed by the natural environment is a delight!
Carin, I miss my old Butterflies blog with a passion as well, believe me... more than u will ever know.
You do know about the new one I started, the "basic" one, right?
Go and check that one out by my profile when u get time.
((Hugs))
