Cowboys vs Vikings

My oldest had his second to last game on Saturday. Ol’ Mother Nature has played quite the trick on us and they haven’t played many of their games. Saturday was cold but tolerable. October_0498The games are in the outfield of baseball fields. Most of the parents line up along the fence and just sit in their cars the whole game. Is it just a Montana thing or do people do it where you live too? Now me, I like to be out there, seeing the action, cheering, encouraging and clapping chasing my toddler around.

October_0484 He is #1 on the Cowboys. Grandma was pretty upset he wasn’t a Packer but he lucked out getting school colors of red and black.

October_0485 “Hey, good play over there man!”

October_0486 The middle punk dropped me like a hot rock and ran off with friends, that left me to watch this little squirt.

October_0487 Well, I guess if he’s gonna make faces and smiles like that I better not complain too much.

October_0497 One last good move of #1 in action. Way to go buddy!

No..no..no....Bridge can't be this grown up! It is one thing to know he is playing football, but it is another thing to see photos of the real deal. Actually he looks like he is lovin' it and doing a great job. Love the photos of Little Man...what a grin!
PS...Next time green and gold!

Great pictures Carin!!

My nephew is playing full pads also and his dad is the coach. My BIL was telling me about the first practicee they had with the pads on. Tanner would take off running and his head and body would start to lean to one side then he'd just fall down. The BIL said it took almost 2 weeks for the guys to figure out balance after they got the pads. lol

I could echo so many of the comments already made! Lineman's comment about the horn, heater, coffee, and seat cracked me up. Yet you, being the awesome Mom you are, were out cheering on your little guy. ;) Carrielt's story about the boys trying to get their balance with all the pads on created a funny picture in my head. ;) And yeah, like "chubskulit", I think little bit is the bomb!
