It’s a boy thing

Well, at least I’m pretty sure it’s a boy thing, seeing as I only know boys and the ways of boys. But I’m pretty sure it’s really just a boy thing.

Maybe

All of the boys ripped of their shirts and began wrestling one another.

Then, the next thing we know the middle Wild Child jumps on the coffee table to do push ups and show off his muscles.

Maybe I’m wrong, but it sure seems like a boy thing.

Sincerely,

Tired Estrogen in a House Full of Testosterone

P.S. Please excuse my messy house.

P.P.S. The messy house really is a boy thing.

P.P.P.S. That's MY excuse anway!

Love the wranglers and no shirt to show off his muscles. That is sooo cute.

with 3 boys here I know exactly what you mean. I think the more boys you get in one room the more "boyish" they act since they have to "outmanly" each other.

drives me crazy though.

the messy house is also a 'girl thing'. i had to laugh at the pic. i got a workout dvd the other day.. so now ALL the kids are doing 'moves' all over the house. (i'm left wondering, do i really look that silly doing them?) :)

Those Wranglers are so cute on him.

I bet Lineman rips off his shirt and starts doing push ups too. He does doesn't he? lol

You know, Carin, after I see some on the pictures of the "energetic" things you did as a youngster (I don't think I have seen any pushup pictures)I have a feeling that they take after you just a little bit, too! :-) I'm thinking you were only 75% Tomboy!! Keep posting pictures of those boys of your.

Quit your sniveling and clean the house so my boys can make it "comfortable" again---besides, wern't you supposed to be in the kitchen or something?? It takes a lot of energy to do them push-ups!!

Lineman-

Kidding wifey, only kidding, I'll be home soon to clean up after them and then I will take out the garbage and then..... :)

The ripping the shirt off may be a boy thing, but the messy house is both a girl and boy thing!

That is too funny. For a minute there I thought it was Stunt Man on the table. LOL
Love your furniture. It is a boy thing.

There is one very important thing to remember, expecially as they got older... When you have two or more boys (or men) together, they don't have a brain between them (worst during teen years...)

No, I don't think the boys have any monopoly on mess. In fact, it's my dau.'s room that you can't walk through most of the time. And she likes it that way! :) However the constant competitions... yep... all boy.

Time for a girl for you, to sweeten things up! BTW... was your "well...." on Wrena's FB post significant?

Dear Tired,
You mean you don't think little girls get urges to tear off their clothing and jump off anything in sight? You are right. Mine is much more into putting her doll's cloths on and doing ballet.
