Bald Beauty

I’ve been a bit MIA lately, sorry about that.  You see, the love of my life, my best friend took nearly two weeks off and I needed to make as much family time as possible.  We’ve been working on the house and taking time to be a family.  Much needed boy time was really the ticket!  My mom was here visiting and helping and my in-laws came to visit too.  It’s been a grand and wonderful two weeks.

So if I am forgiven for my MIA I am back and here to show you some  beauty.   I saw this gorgeous guy on the way to town.

Beautiful! Our eagles are out here too, but I haven't tried to capture a picture yet. I don't know if my camera is up for the task.

Glad your 2 weeks were special!

Great news that you got some good man time! Eagles are so beautiful, I always feel so lucky to see them flying around here.

I'm so glad your pain-in-the-behind was around for awhile. I know how much you miss him. ;)

I have never seen a bald eagle in the wild. They have been known to winter down at the lake we have a cabin, but I haven't seen one.
