I have to say I really didn't think this day would come.... Football sign-ups. Tackle football. Sure baseball, soccer and maybe basketball. But for some reason football never even crossed my mind. Well, he is all signed up, measured and weighed. And let me tell you, he is seriously excited about this!

Good Luck with Football. I hope to avoid that sport with my boys...we will see though...
Good Luck with football. It is so awesome that he is excited and ready to play!
oh boy!! I bet you'll have fun with it though!
Great pic... Football already?!?!?!
I love this photo of the two of you! He looks incredibly excited and he should be, what a great time he will have! :)
I am so not surprised!!!!!
Sorry about this week, again! I have no good pictures of me at all!! LOL!~!
We miss football sign-ups! Football in England is really soccer and they don't play American football at all. When we move back, I'll be in line signing my boys up then.
I love your picture! How did you put the word "football" on the side?
Awesome. Is he playing tackle from the get go or flag football? Either way, that's pretty exciting and cute pic too!
Oh my, he's looking SO big there!
Have fun!
I love it!! I loved playing football in PE in my younger days. My 8th grade year the all girl PE class played "flag football" but it turned into tackle. The teacher who was the coach of the HS team wanted his boys to come watch. He said we tackled better than some of his line. lol
Wow! Tackle Football. Good Luck with that mom! Great picture of the two of you.
Tis' the season..tis' a great picture! ;o)
I love all the pictures but the titles are a little depressing. It's like a count down to 2010. Really only 15 weeks left in 2009?? Crap, I better start my Christmas shopping!
I love this picture, really neat!!
I hope football goes well, my oldest wanted to play this year but he hates sports practices and that's what football is all about so we're waiting..hopefully for a long time, I don't think my nerves could handle it! lol
I hope he has a great season!!
Go get 'em little big man!! I never thought we would be getting into football either but they seem to have their own ideas and we are along for the ride!!
(and what a ride it is!!)
Lineman
awww football!
what a grownup lil man!! :)
Oh have so much fun with that! I am sure as you know, that we are an all football all the time family! This is the 2nd yr for the boys to be in tackle! I am sure he will love it! Love the picture! Can't wait to read and see more about it!
Yeah for Football! I'm from Texas and that is the only sport we think about!! Not really, but it's first on the list.
I also had never considered football for my boys... not sure why but it never occured to me. They haven't asked yet and so that is fine, seems like they grow so fast as it is. :) Great picture!
I dont think I could let my precious babies run the risk of football, i'd be ill with worry. Be brave!
UH OH! A new adventure! He will love it I am sure!
Super cute. You are so cute in a baseball hat. I know...I am dreading the football days, but I know my son will want to play as well.
Yes, it's that time of year again. I'm sitting here in our living room with Thursday night football playing in the background.
Cute picture!
You are always so perceptive and anticipatory in your basic nature. How on earth did you miss this one?
When Adam played the first time, he came home and said, "I'm in heaven. I can hit people and not get in trouble."
I could get a fuller ride to college with football than either baseball or soccer. Though the exception could be volleyball, so maybe you should push him that way...

Such a cute photo Carin! Good luck with football. I'm sure it'll be fun.
He's getting tall, mom! Add the helmet and shoulder pads, and he'll change before your eyes. :)
It's been a couple of weeks since I've been able to make the rounds but I have a little time this morning so I'll check out what the other missing moms have been up to.
