Hoar Frost

No, I haven’t stopped blogging.  No, I haven’t fallen off the face of the earth.  I’ve been quite sick and taking care of sick kids.  Good news, I think we are all finally recovering. January 379 A few more hoar frost pictures for you to enjoy. January 383 This winter we’ve woken up to a hoar frost about 75% of the time.  It usually blows off mid day only to show up again in the morning.  I love it. January 386

Hi Carin, I'm sorry you have been sick, but glad you folks are on the mend. Thanks so much for the lovely photos. We have about 10" of snow on the level, so it is lovely out. As you well remember, we don't get snow "on the level" often!! We we so happy to have Dean B with us this afternoon...helping Karen and Heidi. Take care, Linda

We don't usually get the hoar frost here, but have had several days of it this year. It is so beautiful. Glad your gang is feeling a little better... hopefully the worst is past (and it sounded really bad!).
