Leaning

We pass this delightful old barn every Sunday. What a sight to see. She is leaning pretty hard and I wonder how many years she has left until she is standing no longer.

I love that shot. I think old barns are so neat and have so much character. You wonder what they looked like brand new. They make for great rustic pictures though.

I love old barns, and that is a great shot of one. I would love to know their history and how long they stand.

I love this picture. Sometimes we go by life so fast we miss the stories right in front of our faces...I bet there is some good history to that old barn.

Funny that you should post this picture. I had taken one of an old school in our area and was going to post on it. Like Chili Pepper said...makes you wonder about the history.

That poor barn looks like if you poke it with you finger it would fall down like a card house.

Great picture, Carin!

I wonder myself...that is really amazing and I love how some is still red and some is now gray. I am just amazed by those old structures. Where you live has TONS and TONS of character!

They're like old friends, aren't they? I'm sorry that one is in such a frail condition. I always wonder what tales they would tell if they could.

It looks like it you even touched her lightly she'd tumble to the ground. Great picture!

I LOVE old barns. I think they should be restored. They deserve it. They have stories to tell, if someone would just listen. This would make a great painting - as it did a photo.

I think there is a market pictures of old "fill in the blank". I think it causes folks to harken back to happier days. When we were visiting, I was looking for this type of shot for that purpose.

Great job, keep up the good work.
