Me and my dad =) Do any of you remember when we had those skirts that you tied up like that? And I think I even have a bow clip. I guess that’s the 80’s for you!
I didn't have a skirt like that, but do you remember those clips that you used on the back of dresses to pull the sides in. I had at least two or three of those.
Very cute! I had a similar skirt but I didn't tie it but I totally had the bo clips. I even saw a lady wearing a banana clip today...blast from the past!
Look at how cute you both are in your matching colors. Adorable.
ReplyDeleteSweet memories. I think Bridge is almost as tall as you are in this photo.
ReplyDeletePrecious memories!

ReplyDeleteLOL, that totally reminds me when lace and denim were in style!!! Love it!!
ReplyDeleteAnd very cute picture of you and your dad!
OH MY WORD...I think I had that EXACT same skirt. How funny! I guess we had great taste, right?
ReplyDeleteHow cute you were! In Arizona we had many Western type long skirts. A great photo of you and your dad. I'm sure he would treasure it.

Ah, yes... those bow clips out of matching fabric for every flouncy skirt we owned. Say it with me... ugh!
ReplyDeleteBut you look so darling! :)
We have lots of photos of our daughters with the matching big bows to go with their clothes!
ReplyDeleteThey would also have those buckle type clip things that you would pull the end of a long tshirt through, on the side.
80's fashions...goodness who thought of all those back then? :o)
Blessings & Aloha!
(trying to catch upon my blog reading! I'd love for you to stop by..)
Yes, that's the 80's for you. My kids love to give us a hard time about how we looked in the eighties. ☺
