This picture looks like it was taken about '79 or '80. I don't know why I have a football in my hands but I thought it was pretty fitting after yesterday's post about my son signing up for football. I think I was more nervous about him playing tackle football than I am about him riding motorcycles. But, as a mother of three boys, I adapt and am no longer worried about it.
Instead, I need to know if I should paint his number on my face for game days.

Presh! I always wanted to play football when I was a young girl. Instead, I opted for 10 years of cheerleading. I guess it was as close to the game as I could get!
